Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their legal team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case inception to resolution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and motions.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries, chronologies, and trial preparation materials.
- Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation, including electronic databases.
- Assist with e-discovery processes, including document collection, review, and production.
- Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Communicate with clients, court officials, and outside counsel.
- Prepare trial exhibits and assist with trial logistics.
