We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, from case preparation to trial. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, managing case files, and supporting attorneys during depositions, hearings, and trials.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with case management and document organization.
- Draft, proofread, and file legal documents, including motions, pleadings, discovery responses, and subpoenas.
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries of findings.
- Coordinate discovery processes, including the collection and review of documents.
- Prepare and organize exhibits for trial.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as needed, providing support to attorneys.
- Maintain and update case management databases and files.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts.
