Liberty Personnel is working with a growing client in the legal industry looking to add Paralegal to their Administrative team

Overview :

You will support multiple attorneys by performing a variety of tasks, including document preparation, scheduling, client communication and case management.

Responsibilities :

• Scheduling multiple attorney’s calendars
• Ability to draft legal documents, client correspondence, pleadings and discovery filings
• Processing of attorney expenses
• Maintain travel schedules, deposition calendar and coordinating client meetings
• Utilize document management system to organize case files
• Prioritize multiple deadlines
