Job Description :
The Paralegal will provide essential support to attorneys, assisting with business and real estate transactions, document preparation, and due diligence processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and organize closing checklists and legal documents for financing, real estate, and business transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of corporate formation documents, shareholder resolutions, and regulatory filings.
- Review title commitments, surveys, and other title documents; coordinate with title companies and surveyors.
- Conduct due diligence searches and compile documentation for attorney review.
- Interface with government agencies to obtain and file required legal documents.
