How You'll Make a Difference :

You will be executing administrative support for legal activities for PMI, PMI Educational Foundation, and PMI subsidiaries, such as compliance with global privacy regulations; corporate governance for PMI, the PMI Educational Foundation and PMI subsidiaries; legal records and file maintenance; factual and legal investigations; and researching and document filing.

Key Responsibilities :

  • MUST have experience and understanding of privacy law .
  • MUST have demonstrated knowledge of and experience with specialty legal area (e.g. data privacy, corporate governance ).
  • What You'll Bring to the Role :

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Certification from a paralegal school.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a corporate legal department
  • Ability to make discretionary decisions and recommendations to use of content.
  • Ability to develop and execute detailed plans, collect and interpret large quantities of information, and prepare concise summaries. Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, including ability to partner closely with other teams to achieve collective objectives.
  • Strong relationship management skills, especially with internal leaders and business teams, with a particular focus on developing strong partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills.
