Helpline Pregnancy Educator

The American Pregnancy Association is a 501(c)(3) Christian nonprofit located in Irving, TX, promoting healthy pregnancies through education, counseling, support, and referrals to resources in the local community. A.P.A. seeks a Helpline Pregnancy Educator to support our toll-free helpline and online chats.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling, education, and support to individuals seeking information on pregnancy-related topics
• Handle inbound calls, chats lines, and some outbound calls
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions
