Position Summary Details
Parking Attendants greet guest upon arrival and deliver a professional costumer service experience. They help direct guests with their vehicles into appropriate parking areas, control and monitor traffic flow in and out of all parking areas.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Direct guests to parking areas or parking spaces, using hand signals or flashlights
- Control access into the parking structures and lots by lifting, positioning, and removing cones / signs in order to open, redirect or close parking areas
- Is quick and responsive to provide excellent customer service
- Immediately reports any accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Collect and process payments from customers in a fast paced environment
