Job description
Valet Position
Need to travel to different locations on a daily basis in LA County. Assume and assist day to day operation of specific parking projects as assigned to each location. The valet provides professional, courteous and compassionate guest services. Pay rate : $21.00 per hour. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Floater position : full time.

Lead requirements of qualifications : Must have 2 years of parking experience. Must be flexible between 6am to 7pm, Monday through Friday. Must have a source of transportation to travel to different locations in LA County.
Responsibilities : Understand and respond appropriately to basic customer and team member issues and inquiries. Accurately reconcile and report daily revenue and do cashier duties. Interact with guests in a friendly manner. Predict and communicate traffic flow peaks and lot issues. Identify and arrange for extra support for extended wait times. Project currency and coin requirements and re-order as necessary. Work in an outdoor unprotected environment in all climates for extended periods of time. Keep work area clean and do daily cleaning / maintenance as needed.
Preferred qualifications : One year of lead or supervisory experience. Customer service experience. Valet experience. A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
