About Us : Mini of Universal is committed to providing our customers with an exceptional experience from the moment they step through our doors to the moment they drive away in their new vehicle. We are looking for a dedicated and high-energy Service Lot Attendant / Porter to join our team and help maintain our world-class service standards.
Position Overview : As a Service Lot Attendant / Porter, you will be crucial in ensuring complete customer satisfaction by managing vehicle movement in the service area, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering vehicles post-service. You'll also be responsible for providing transportation for customers when needed and ensuring our service lot's overall organization and appearance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning both the interior and exterior of vehicles.
- Replenish vehicle fluids and replace batteries as necessary.
- Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
- Keep the service lot neat and organized by moving vehicles per the general manager's direction and dealership display standards.
- Drive vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
- Make key tags and manage the inventory of vehicles.
- Retrieve and deliver vehicles between property locations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
