What You’ll Do

As a Senior Talent Partner, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top sales talent in the digital marketplace. You’ll be a trusted advisor to sales leaders, helping to build and scale high-performing digital sales teams that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for key digital sales roles, including leadership and quota-carrying positions.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top-tier sales talent in digital marketplaces, SaaS, and tech-driven industries.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through social media, outbound sourcing, and emerging hiring trends.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, assess skill gaps, and develop strategic workforce plans.
  • Leverage data and analytics to track key hiring metrics, optimize processes, and drive recruitment decisions.
  • Strengthen employer branding by showcasing our sales culture and career opportunities across multiple recruitment channels.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, including compensation benchmarks, talent availability, and recruitment technology, to enhance hiring effectiveness.
  • What We’re Looking For :

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on digital sales recruiting.
  • Proven success in hiring high-performing sales professionals within SaaS, eCommerce, or digital marketplace environments.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence hiring decisions at all levels.
  • Experience leveraging recruitment tech and tools, including ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM systems.
  • A data-driven approach, using hiring metrics and market insights to refine recruiting strategies.
  • Ability to navigate a fast-paced, results-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Bonus Points :

  • Experience recruiting for enterprise and mid-market sales roles in SaaS or digital sales.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools and platforms, such as Salesforce.
  • Background in recruiting for sales-adjacent roles, such as customer success and account management.
  • Knowledge of compensation strategies and hiring best practices for scaling sales and tech teams.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, or a related field.
