LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently working with a Manufacturing Company looking to Hire a Parts Specialist in the Irving, TX area on a permanent basis paying between $50,000-$55,000 annual salary. Responsibilities / Qualifications :

Handle incoming B2B customer inquiries, orders, and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Support customers in helping to identify and quote spare parts.

Process incoming quotes and orders from direct sales customers.

Check account status and update account information, enter new customer data into the system.

Handle order processing, quoting, order entry, receiving, and invoice processing.

Take incoming phone calls, emails, and request via internal systems.

Follow up on open quotes and orders daily.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree preferred

Must have mechanical aptitude to understand parts and electrical drawings

Customer service phone skills

Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment

SAP experience is preferred
