We’re looking for a dedicated Parts Specialist to join our team and help us continue supporting the hardworking people who keep America moving.
Job Summary :
As a Parts Specialist at American Truck Centers, you’ll play a crucial role in helping customers and service technicians find the right parts for Class 6, 7, and 8 trucks. You’ll manage inventory, process orders, and deliver exceptional customer service to keep our customers' trucks on the road. Whether you're experienced or eager to learn, we welcome anyone with a strong work ethic and a passion for trucks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and ordering parts for Class 6-8 trucks
- Recommend the best parts and products based on customer needs
- Keep accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels
- Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
- Work with vendors and suppliers to check availability and secure pricing
- Ensure timely delivery of parts to customers and service teams
- Maintain a clean, organized parts storage area
- Handle customer inquiries over the phone and online with a friendly, professional attitude
- Collaborate with the service department to meet customer needs efficiently
