Responsibilities

Job Purpose

The primary role of a Runner and Busser is to ensure the prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverages to our guests. This role requires presenting food with enthusiasm, patience, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver correct dishes and drinks to guests with professionalism, urgency, and accuracy.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, service staff, and supervisors / management.
• Follow all safe work practices and report any hazards to your supervisor immediately.
• Ensure a quality dining experience by providing all necessary items and assisting guests as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in the restaurant and kitchen, bus tables, and assist with delivering and / or breaking down dishes for washing.
• Clear and reset tables and dining areas according to established procedures.
• Stock and maintain adequate supplies, including ice and other necessary items at service stations.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
