Develop timelines, budget, teams and plan for the program
Ensure program aligns with state and federal guidelines and the overall mission
Anticipate and solve any problems related to the program

Qualifications
A degree in early childhood educations, public administration or related field
Master's Degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Exceptional communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
Proven track record in program management and leadership in the education or nonprofit sector
Competency in managing budgets, data and timelines
