CUSTOMER SERVICE:

Responsibilities"

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Answer phones and help the customer through any questions or concerns they may have
• Respond promptly to customer service calls and email inquiries
• Provide customers with information about products and services
• Process, Place and Approve orders
• Maintain proper communication with Management for approvals
• Review orders over and under budget to prevent unnecessary purchasing
• Reach out to customers to obtain any missing orders to ensure they are processed before the deadline
• Communicate with Vendors
• Keep accurate records of customer and Vendor interactions
• Run reporting as requested
• Resolve customer problems and complaints
• Any additional tasks that may be requested by manager

• Excellent communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening
• Effective organization and time management skills, including prioritization, multitasking, and planning
• Great customer service skills, including a personable and positive attitude
• Good computer skills, including basic troubleshooting, usage of word processing, spreadsheets, presentation, and email software application
• Demonstrate strong teamwork.
