Assistintheboarding / alightingofpassengerswithmobilitydevices. Assist wheelchair passengers to the rental car counters, as needed. Dispatchbuses from the RAC or terminal in a timely manner. Provide Carts to alighting RAC guestswhennecessary. ProvideSupervisorwithassistance,asrequiredinlostandfoundprocedures. Abilitytosafelyassistinmaneuveringmobilitydeviceson / offthebusandtotheRental Car Customer Service Counters Push / PullluggagecartsintheCustomerServiceFacility and retrieve them lots, lobby and busing area. Assistinkeepingtheworkandpassengerareasinsafe,neatandcleanconditions. Otherdutiesasassigned or requested by Supervisor and / or Management. Desire to be safe and work safely. Maintainacalmandfriendlydemeanoratalltimes. Attend to the guests' needs at the bus. Effectivelycommunicate,intheEnglishlanguage,orallyandinwriting Willingtoworkshifthoursanddaysasassigned inthis24 / 7 / 365operation. Willworkwhilestandinginhot,cold, windyandhumidenvironments. Theabilitytomonitorandoperatea2-wayradio,inasomewhatnoisyenvironment. Transdev in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Curbside Passenger Assist to provides friendly and cheerful assistance to passengerswithdirections,informationandassistancewithluggage,mobilitydevices,etc.This person will also assist the Supervisor in dispatching buses and coordination of operational matters.
