Provideassistancetopassengerswithluggageinboardingandalighting the Buses. Notificationtosupervisorofpassenger’s concerns, complaintsorproblems. Greeteverypassengerandanswerquestions courteously. Assistintheboarding / alightingofpassengerswithmobilitydevices. Assist wheelchair passengers to the rental car counters, as needed. Dispatchbuses from the RAC or terminal in a timely manner.
