Job Responsibilities :

• Menu planning and execution
• Preparing a variety of dishes including pasta, soups, salads, seafood, and desserts
• Utilizing knife skills for chopping, dicing, and slicing
• Ensuring plate presentation meets high standards
• Broiling, sautéing, and frying foods to perfection
• Managing food quality and portion control
• Accommodating special diets and dietary restrictions
• Monitoring food cost and inventory
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
• Able to open / start as well as close kitchen down

Benefits :

Salary : $30,000.00 - $34,000.00 per year
