Candidates must be highly skilled in technology and wireless communications and have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related discipline. This position requires both state bar admission (California bar preferred, but not required) and USPTO bar admission. Excellent undergrad academic credentials are required.
