As a Patent Agent you will interact with high profile clients and draft applications for patents or other intellectual property matters; you will conduct research to support or defend claims; you will evaluate claims that are subject to intellectual property litigation; you will locate and prepare expert witnesses for trial; you will prepare written discovery and responses to discovery.

Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Engineering, and/or Computer Science from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Have already obtained license to the patent bar.
