Are you ready for a 100% remote real estate associate opportunity? Do you enjoy sophisticated real estate clients / matters? If so, an excellent real estate boutique is looking for a junior to mid-level associate in Texas! The candidate must have experience handling real estate matters involving Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae with an emphasis on Multifamily Lending.
In this role you will report to one partner and be part of a team of other associates and paralegals. If you think the remote aspect is the best part of the job, well it gets better! The position has no billable hour requirements. Additionally, the associate will likely work less than 1700 hours a year. Benefits and a 401K contribution are also provided.
