Candidate Profile :

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction , or eligibility to sit for / waive into the next bar exam .

2+ years of experience as a patent associate or patent agent.

USPTO registration or eligibility to become a member of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office bar.

Strong background in electrical engineering , computer engineering , computer science , data science , physics or equivalent experience.

Superior legal research, writing, and interpersonal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare, file, and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications.

Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses.

Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective IP strategies.

Respond to office actions and work closely with the USPTO.

Advise clients on the latest developments in patent law and emerging technologies.
