Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
Position Overview : We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Wilmington, DE. As an SLPA, you will work closely with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide comprehensive therapy services to clients across various age groups and communication needs.
Responsibilities :
Implement speech-language therapy interventions under the supervision of licensed SLPs.
Assist in conducting assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify communication disorders.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Communication Disorders or related field.
Valid Delaware licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA).
Previous experience working as an SLPA preferred, but recent graduates are welcome to apply.
