Job Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in patients of all ages.
Develop individualized treatment plans to improve communication skills, cognitive function, and swallowing disorders.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and family members, to deliver comprehensive care.
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic strategies for communication and speech improvement.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes as required.
Requirements:
Valid SLP license.
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (preferably in various settings).
Ability to adapt quickly to different environments and patient needs.
Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel and explore new locations across California.
