A company is looking for a Part-Time Patient Access Resource Specialist. Key Responsibilities Coordinate new patient scheduling and verify patient information Manage incoming calls and triage patient needs for appointment scheduling Contribute to patient satisfaction initiatives and resolve inquiries or complaints Required Qualifications One year of experience in a medical office setting or one and a half years in a high-volume public contact position with some medical office experience Thorough knowledge of patient access services policies and procedures Advanced user skills in patient access systems High School Diploma or GED preferred Ability to multi-task in a high-volume call environment
