Position Overview :
As the Fleet Managment Account Representative you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring efficient operation of fleet services. In this role you will be the primary point of contact between the company and it’s clients, understanding their fleet management needs, and delivering solutions that maximize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Job Responsibilities :
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Monitor fleet performance and ensure timely maintenance
Address client issues and provide solutions for fleet operations
Coordinate and oversee routine vehicle maintenance and repairs
Ensure timely maintenance schedules are adhered to
Analyze fleet data and provide insight for cost-saving opportunities
Provide regular reports to clients on fleet performance, including maintenance schedules, vehicle health, and cost analysis
Provide Clients with knowledge and guidance on best practices for fleet management
Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, contracts, maintenance schedules, and other relevant documentation
Collaborate with internal team to ensure service excellence
Assist with account growth and expand service offerings
Requirements :
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Problem solving mindset and attention to detail
Fast decision-making skills
Strong understanding of basic vehicle mechanics, including identifying when major repairs are needed
Experience using Telematic and CRM systems preferred
