Provide payment options and address any questions or concerns the patient may have. Document the outcome of the call and follow up as needed. Handles patients' questions and concerns regarding billing, outstanding balances.
Job Description
- The goal of the Customer Service Collection Representative is to handle and resolve
outbound patient calls while providing excellent customer service while collecting on a $2500 cash goal per day.
Schedule / Shift
Monday - Friday 8 : 30a - 5p
Location :
Tampa, FL 33607 (On-site)
Pay : 18.50 / hr
