Job Title - Patient Access Representative

Reports to - Patient Access Manager

About Position : PAR works in a professional scheduling hub environment and perform the following functions for the appointment scheduling, registration and referral management. This job includes a very large amount of call volume and texts and must be able to manage multiple windows and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications -
Education : Diploma, High school diploma.
Required : Excellent communication skills required.
Preferred : Preferred one to two years of customer service in a health care setting.
Current / valid License : None
Immunizations : All PHS Immunizations As Needed
Pay Range - $16.43 - $22.08
