• 1 : 1 Patient Care - Provide safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatments for up to four patients at a time.
• Technician Duties - Monitor patient vitals, set up dialysis machines, and record observations before, during, and after treatment.

• Flexible Shifts : Clinics operate Monday - Saturday (4 : 00 AM - 12 : 00 AM) with rotating Saturdays
• 10-12 Hour Shifts : Work 3-4 days per week with schedules set 3-4 weeks in advance
• Training Period : Expect 32-40 hours per week of paid training before transitioning into your permanent roleWho We're Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passion for helping others & working in healthcare
• Comfortable working around blood & needles
• Flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Physically capable of standing for long shifts (12+ hours)
• Willingness to work across multiple clinics if needed
• Healthcare experience is a plus! CNA, CMA, Phlebotomy, or Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) experience is beneficial but not required!Ready to Make a Difference?
