A company is looking for a Patient Access Coordinator (Remote).Key Responsibilities : Answer a high volume of calls daily using a multi-line phoneSchedule appointments for multiple clinical sites according to client-specific protocolsGather and input patient demographic and insurance information into the practice management systemRequired Qualifications : Customer / patient service skillsExperience handling a high volume of inbound callsStrong Internet speed and access to router via Ethernet cord (minimum speed : 20mbps download & 6mbps upload)Healthcare exposure (preferred)Experience using an EMR and scheduling software (preferred)
