Job Description
Under the Guidance of the Provider Relations Manager, the Provider Relations Coordinator will
- Review and evaluate registration data submitted by providers.
- Collect all necessary information required to register providers on the portal.
- Verify with providers as needed information or lack of information by following up with providers via phone or e-mail.
- Once cases are created, activate accounts, confirm accounts are working as intended and notify completion if needed.
- Report any systematic errors or system limitations identified during the registration process to IT.
- Ensure that all documentation is confidential and maintained in a secure environment.
- Contact providers to validate information and data accuracy
