JOB SUMMARY
Assists patients with their oral chemotherapy needs throughout their cancer care journey. Serves as a link between the patient, providers and case managers inside and out of MHP. Supports the oncology program's quality metrics determined by the Commission on Cancer. Works alongside the Oncology Nurse Navigator.

Professional & Technical Skills
Registered Nurse with experience in caring for complicated patient population with multiple comorbidities.
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. BSN or obtain within 6 years (current ASNs with MHP refer to SPP No. HR-18)
Must possess a current Indiana license as a registered Nurse.
Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) Preferred
Be proficient in Meditech EHR.
