Martinizing Dry Cleaning, a nationally leading company in the dry cleaning industry, is growing its operations and hiring more staff. We are locally owned and operated and are seeking motivated employees who can provide customer service at the front counter and assemble and bag orders in the back. We are looking for candidates that have a positive and friendly attitude and provide exceptional service to our customers.
Job Responsibilities - Front:
Provide warm, engaging interaction with customers
Provide clear descriptions of Martinizing services and processes to customers
Check in customer orders; inspect, sort, & tag for cleaning
Solve customer problems as needed
Process customer payments and discounts
Perform standard opening and closing duties
Keep store clean and tidy
Previous customer service experience an asset * Dry Cleaning experience is considered an asset * Must have a flexible schedule * Strong attention to detail
