Job Summary (Lead Product Engineer Green Dot Corporation)
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using .NET, C#, and SQL Server.
- Architect and execute Azure migration strategies for legacy system modernization.
- Build and optimize cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure services (AKS, Cosmos DB, App Services, Functions).
- Operate in an AI-driven, software development lifecycle (AIDLC) using AI copilots and generative AI tools.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into structured specifications with AI support.
- Collaborate with AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) for code writing, refactoring, and testing.
- Write, test, and deliver production-grade code in financial services, independently ensuring code quality.
- Implement intelligent testing frameworks for automated test case generation, bug prediction, and self-healing.
- Conduct concurrent automated testing and continuous integration/delivery, including API testing.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in cloud and AI-assisted development.
- Work in a fast-paced, agile environment with cross-functional teams.
- Required expertise: 8+ years in software engineering (.NET, C#, SQL Server), Azure migration, automated testing, TDD, CI/CD, and AI code assistants.
- Preferred experience: Microservices, containerization, Azure DevOps, AI/ML, technical leadership, working with offshore teams, CNCF projects.
- Must reside in West Los Angeles, CA and be authorized to work in the US.
