Strong knowledge of Excel (spreadsheets), Word and Microsoft Outlook. Ability to learn quickly and accurately apply knowledge gained.

The Processor is responsible for performing the verification process in a timely manner in accordance with departmental procedures or as directed by Processing Manager.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Follow verification procedures for the verification of each client’s submissions in a timely manner with brokers based on each broker’s specific verification method.
- Proactively use the company’s phone system to make calls to brokers in addition to other verifications methods i.e., website, emails to get successful verification completed.
- Follow operational procedures as to the sequencing of verification choices and / or priorities as directed by Processing Manager.
- Routine and timely submission of successful verification being converted to “ready for approval status”.
- Meet or exceed all weekly departmental goals and / or seek support / additional training as required via Processing Manager.
- Understand and keep current on the latest procedures for our department and company.
- Crosstrain and assist other teams as needed.
