General Purpose :
To support Elwood Staffing branches and clients who utilize a VMS Tool for timekeeping, record keeping and invoicing. Consistently support and promote the company mission, five key beliefs, philosophies, and provide Superior Customer Service in all aspects of the job.
Essential Functions :
- Upload time cards to the VMS tools for associates who do not have access to do it themselves
- Process VMS payrolls using audit checks to compare data between the VMS tool and Staff Suite
- Reconcile reports between the VMS tool and Staff Suite on a weekly basis, reviewing and correcting any abnormalities using self-guided research
- Provide assistance to Accounts Receivable by providing invoice numbers through payment reconciliations for assigned VMS clients
- Review client agings for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
- Follow all internal audits and control guidelines
- Complete additional projects as assigned by Supervisor or Manager
- Provide Superior Customer Service in all aspects of the job
