With a reputation built on quality, safety, and service, we provide commercial and residential roofing solutions throughout the region.  As our business grows, we need additional support to our current accounting department.

Position Overview

We’re hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Accountant to take ownership of our daily financial processes and reporting. This full-time role is ideal for someone with construction industry knowledge who can manage the books, support project costing, and partner with ownership for financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate general ledger and chart of accounts
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including subcontractor and vendor payments
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and vendor accounts
• Assist with payroll coordination and records (Gusto, QuickBooks, or equivalent)
• Track job costs, materials, and labor allocations across projects
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for ownership
• Ensure compliance with 1099 reporting, COIs, and tax documentation
• Liaise with external CPA for year-end close and tax filings
• Help implement and optimize construction software integrations (JobNimbus, AccuLynx, etc.)
