Deep South Crane & Rigging, LLC is accepting resumes to fill a clerk position in the Payroll department at the Corporate Office in Baton Rouge, LA.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Perform weekly Payroll timesheet entry, accurately and efficiently
• Audit weekly Payroll to confirm position codes, job codes, taxes, union rates, etc.
• Compare weekly timesheets to AR Timekeeper entries and correct any errors
• Import, process and issue checks via Payroll software
• Meet weekly Payroll deadlines and adjust to shorter Holiday deadlines
• Sort, scan, and file Payroll documents, along with other general office clerical duties
• Assist in other accounting areas, providing support to the team as necessary.
