Job descriptionAssist with benefits administration including enrollments terminations and COBRA notices Assist with company event planning and when able to Filing of hourly employee records High School Diploma or equivalent required. The Payroll Specialist is responsible for biweekly hourly payroll processing reporting and documentation. This role will assist with accounting and HR administrative functions as assigned.
Payroll
- Input and tracking of maintenance time to work orders
- Biweekly hourly payroll processing and reporting
- Documentation retention
- Union dues reconciliation and transfer
- Administrator for the automated hourly time collection system
- Assist with various accounting clerk duties when not processing payroll

The Payroll Specialist is a salaried nonexempt position. Pay range is $42k to $50k per year depending on experience and education.
Inland Empire Paper Company continues to offer excellent benefits to employees and their families including medical dental vision life insurance 401(k) retirement plan 13 paid holidays per year and 2 weeks of vacation to start (prorated first year based on hire date).
