Job description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is recruiting for a Payroll Specialist in Indianapolis, IN. Our client is a well-established and family-owned company that would like to find an individual who is passionate about their career and excels in a high paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for process payroll for 1000+ employees on a weekly basis. This is a direct-hire opportunity with starting pay between $60,000 / year and $65,000 / year.

Responsibilities

  • Processing payroll for 1000+ employees on a weekly basis
  • Reviewing hours and ensuring proper processing
  • Complete adjustments to payroll as needed
  • Garnishment and deductions processing
  • Handle payroll tax correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Miscellaneous duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Highschool diploma is required
  • 1-3 years of payroll experience in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail

    • Employment Type : Direct Hire, Full Time

    Work Hours : Mon – Fri, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
