Job description

PAYROLL / BOOKKEEPER OVERVIEW :

  • Our client is looking to bring on a Payroll / Bookkeeper to help with weekly payroll and to maintain the company's financial records along with the accounting team.
  • Growth opportunities
  • Central location to major highways
  • 3-2 schedule with only 2 days on site

PAYROLL / BOOKKEEPER RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • The Payroll / Bookkeeper will prepare balance sheet, profit, loss statement, and other reports to summarize the current and projected company financial position
  • Payroll processes for all employees and multiple entities
  • Processing invoicing and reconciling discrepancies in records
  • Receives, records, and banks cash, checks, and vouchers
  • Handle check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry
  • Establish, modify, document, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures
  • Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements

    • PAYROLL / BOOKKEEPER QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Must have Bookkeeping or Payroll experience
  • Must have both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • ADP experience is a plus!
