Payroll ClerkTempe AZ Position requires heavy and extensive knowledge of payroll bank account reconciliations.Skills needed include : -Bank reconciliation a must - payroll. -Multi-state tax processing-W-2 correction processing-Prepare procedures and maintain / exceed levels of service statistics.-Able to work independently with resource notes.-Manually correct taxes (update system with correct taxes and email analyst).-Strong working knowledge of Excel required.-Strong interpersonal skills required.-Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office applications.-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a high level of patience, understanding, and tact.-Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.-Applicable business operational experience in Human Resources, Benefits, Tax, and Payroll background.-Multi-state tax experience.-W-2 correction experience.-Knowledge of the principles and techniques of payroll preparation and payroll related accounting practices.-High School Diploma-Associates degree or equivalent experience -
