Job description
A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for 250+ employees and contractors
Ensure accuracy of payroll information and manage timecard processing
Assist HR with new hire paperwork and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of payroll experience required; Quickbooks experience preferred
Working knowledge of Google Workspace products (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
Experience in handling payroll compliance and issues related to taxation and deductions
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experience in providing support for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable is a plus
