Job description

Payroll Administrator

Bishop & Co. is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage payroll operations for a large, progressive organization. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, maintains compliance with federal and state regulations, and supports HRIS functions.

Key Responsibilities :

Process bi-weekly / semi-monthly payroll for a large workforce using ADP Workforce Now.
Manage payroll data for multiple locations, including new hires, terminations, and changes.
Ensure compliance with wage and tax regulations.
Reconcile payroll, oversee time and attendance records, and prepare reports.
Support HRIS administration and reporting.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or HR.

3+ years of payroll processing experience.

Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now required.

Strong analytical and Excel skills.

CPP certification preferred.

Compensation : Up to $80K annual salary commensurate with experience.

Location : Honolulu. In office
