A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee global payroll operations and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage payroll preparation, processing, and distribution for 600 employees across multiple countriesEnsure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements globallyIdentify opportunities for process improvements to enhance payroll operational efficiencyRequired Qualifications7+ years of direct payroll experience with a thorough understanding of payroll processing regulationsThorough knowledge of payroll-related Federal, State, and Local tax compliance requirementsMulti-state US payroll experience and global payroll experience preferredProficiency with Workday and experience with third-party administrators for international payrollBA / BS degree preferred; CPP certification is a strong plus
