One of our nonprofit clients in Los Angeles is looking for a HR Generalist / Payroll Manager to join their Human Resources department. In this role you will be reporting to the Director of HR and CFO. You will be preparing and maintaining all payroll-related functions, assisting with company benefits along with supporting the HR department as administrative support. This person must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and adhere to established deadline, strong numerical aptitude, excellent communications skills (written & verbal), exceptional problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail with focus on accurate processing skills, and strong understanding of payroll and legislation.
