We are hiring a high-ownership Payroll Specialist to take full responsibility for payroll accuracy, compliance, and execution across a multi-state workforce. This role is critical to protecting the business from compliance risk and ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, every time. The right person is detail-driven, system-minded, and comfortable operating in an evolving environment, including supporting payroll system transitions.
Avanti is a privately held kitchen design, equipment, and build firm serving leading hospitality brands, franchise groups, and institutions. We have been in business for over 20 years and continue to grow at a rapid pace.
The is a full-time, hourly position.
Compensation: $31.25/hour - $43.27/hour DOE
