A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to support end-to-end U.S. payroll operations. Key Responsibilities Process biweekly and / or semi-monthly U.S. payrolls in Workday, ensuring validation and reconciliation Coordinate payroll tax filings with OSV and resolve discrepancies Maintain and audit employee records and respond to payroll-related inquiries Required Qualifications 3+ years of U.S. payroll experience, preferably in a multi-state environment Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll is required Familiarity with OneSource Virtual (OSV) payroll tax services is preferred Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) is preferred Experience supporting Workday payroll implementations or enhancements is a plus
