We are looking to recruit a Laptop Provisioning Technician for our team located in Watertown, Massachusetts. This role involves facilitating the optimal functioning of laptops and ensuring top-notch user experiences. As a Laptop Provisioning Technician, you will be required to deliver exceptional technical support while focusing on the meticulous details of your tasks.

Responsibilities :

• Facilitate the setup and refreshment of laptops, including Mac and Windows, using MDM services such as Intune
• Ensure all devices are configured in line with company policies and standards
• Provide hands-on, deskside support to end-users encountering hardware, software, or connectivity issues and document the solutions provided
• Educate and support colleagues on the use of various applications, including O365, Box, Zoom, and other productivity and business software
• Offer both in-person support at our Watertown office and remote support to the rest of the organization via Zoom or phone
• Collaborate with other IT team members to guarantee seamless support and service delivery
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for core IT processes
• Manage IT assets and user inventory to ensure accurate records are maintained
• Adapt to the dynamic needs of a fast-growing IT organization, extending your technical skills as necessary
• Possess a minimum of one year experience as a PC Technician or in a relevant field.
• Demonstrable expertise in handling Computer Hardware.
• Proficient in working with Mac Computers.
• Familiarity with Active Directory is expected.
• Proficient in managing Apple Devices.
• Knowledge of Backup Technologies is essential.
• Prior experience with Windows Intune will be beneficial.
• Experience in User Provisioning is required.
