Synergy HomeCare of Cheshire is looking for experienced caregivers willing and able to properly care for bed-bound clients.

We provide solely non-medical assistance one-on-one to our clients where they live. We are looking for the right team members that can provide top quality of care for our clients who no longer have the ability to walk and are confined to their bed or a wheelchair.

The right candidate for this role will have the following qualifications :

Willing to assist clients with all ADL's including washing / personal cleaning and toileting activities.

Physically able to assist clients with repositioning and turning in bed.

Able to get to and from clients homes that are not convenient to public transportation.

Willing to assist with the use of Hoyer lift or other similar assistive devices (training available).

As a Caregiver with Synergy HomeCare of Cheshire, you will :

Provide reliable care by being punctual and dependable.

Provide attention to clients’ physical and non-physical needs, including companionship and social engagement.

Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.

Synergy HomeCare of Cheshire offers :

$17.50-19.00 per hour depending on experience

Direct deposit

Additional training and education as needed or desired to grow your skills
